Pallet Plate Rack

Finish with bees wax or oil. Attach sturdy hangers to the back .That is it instant plate rack...One or two side by side would hide the pallet shape.

One more Farm Chicks Show.. Photo of our booth

Farm Chicks 2009 Designer Junk Finder
I have to say" I love my pillows" We make them from 100% vintage finds and have the feather inserts made to size. They are all one of a kind. Needlepoint is such a under appreciated art.It is so time consuming. These beauties are rescued saved from a boring life of living in an abandoned drawer somewhere.

More photos from our booth at Farm Chicks Show in Spokane Wa. this last weekend. My head is still spinning with all the inspiration and talent that was contained in the show.Defiantly not your grandma's antique show. We sold almost our entire booth the first day.Our prices were low, I was there to sell, make buyers happy and to have fun. Mission accomplished !!!

Sheri and David

Farm Chicks Show

The chicks really know how to throw a party, the show was a huge success. We met so many fun, creative, hip and great people.Teri and Serena were gracious hosts. Lisa Souers came to our rescue by letting us use her garment display rack. The Barn House boys invited us to a rockin' cool after hours party. Generously thrown by them, Tarte and Chaps Restaurant. We had a chance to chat it up with some of the most creative genius forces in the junking/antique/design business.
More photos and stories to come...I'm bushed.Farm Chicks 2009 Designer Junk Finder

Shay the Standard poodle

Sweet standard poodle named Shay,Thank You, Tanya.
When I created a necklace for Tanya in memory of her daughter Elizabeth, It was the most important work I had ever done.
The people in my life know how much I love my poodles,so to have a gorgeous standard poodle named after me is ...I can't even say. I am extremely flattered.

The Elegant Thrifter

Stan Williams from New York has an eye for the thrift style. Great info on his informative blog. He has a new book on Amazon and I immediately added it to my long list of wishes. What is your best thrift store/ dumpster/flea find ? My list is long. My number one object of admiration is a darling antique oil painting priced at $5 bucks.
